1. Bespoke Products
All security doors supplied by Cenit Security Doors S.L. are bespoke manufactured products produced specifically for each client.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
Typical payment structure: 50 percent deposit upon order confirmation, 40 percent before dispatch and final 10 percent upon installation completion.
4. Manufacturing Lead Time
Manufacturing typically takes between 6 and 10 weeks depending on specification
5. Site Preparation
Clients or contractors must ensure that structural openings and installation areas are prepared before delivery.
6. Measurements
If measurements are provided by third parties Cenit Security Doors S.L. cannot be responsible for inaccuracies.
7. Security Performance
Security doors increase resistance to forced entry but cannot guarantee the prevention of burglary.
8. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Cenit Security Doors S.L. until full payment has been received
9. Final Payment
Final payment becomes due upon installation completion in accordance with agreed payment terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
